Life Handover

What is Life Handover?

Join us for a warm and supportive online gathering with celebrant Sian Storey and visual artist Laura Elliot, where we’ll creatively explore life’s big questions: death, dying, and the often-overlooked admin that comes with it.
These free, monthly one-hour sessions are designed to help you reflect on and articulate your end-of-life wishes through creative drawing and writing prompts. Sessions will focus on emotional and personal aspects of end-of-life planning and do not offer legal advice.

Laura’s light-hearted, creative approach makes this important and sometimes difficult topic more approachable, giving you the space to consider your values, rituals, and legacies in a fun and reflective way.

Why join us?

  • Gain clarity about your end-of-life wishes in a safe, non-judgmental space.
  • Uncover what matters most to you through creative activities—no artistic experience necessary!
  • Enjoy community and support as you navigate this important conversation with your peers.
  • Participate for free, thanks to our funding partners.

Next Session

Date: Wednesday, 26th February, 6:30 PM
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: Free!

In each session, we’ll gently tackle topics like legacies, values, and traditions, using creative activities to inspire us. For example, in our last session, we explored the significance of holiday traditions, how we personalise them, and how we might want to pass them on. As Laura said, “Legacies are underpinned by the values we live by,” and we’ll dive deep into that thought in a supportive environment.
